Every licence
- Worldwide, unless a smaller territory is agreed
- No time limit for the named production, unless a shorter term is agreed
- Synchronisation and master rights in one agreement
- The right to edit the track to length
- Delivery as WAV, 24 bit / 48 kHz
Stems and notation are available on request for works released from 2027 onward. Earlier works are delivered as stereo masters only.

Fees are quoted per project. The scope of use determines the fee. Terms are agreed individually. On acceptance, the licence and the master follow as WAV, 24 bit / 48 kHz.

This licence covers the synchronisation and master rights held by Spheric Pulsar Production. Any clearances required from a collecting society in the licensee’s territory remain the licensee’s responsibility. Every licence is granted in writing only and is subject to acceptance.
