Where AI has a part – and where it does not

The music is human work from the first idea through concept, composition, arrangement, sound design, mixing and mastering. No AI model, generative or otherwise, creates or alters it.

AI serves as a reference for the craft, much as manuals, textbooks and forums do. For the label, it is consulted on questions of strategy, marketing and organisation.

The texts on this site were written in dialogue with AI: the composer decides what is said and how, down to the final wording. AI proposes, phrases and corrects. The exception is the Japanese version, an AI translation the composer has not reviewed.

The design of this site was decided by the composer. The code was written by AI, as were the scripts that prepare images and video for the web. They run conventional software, and it is that software, not an AI model, that does the processing. The images and the video themselves are made without generative AI.
